In the "2016 China’s financial industry informationization development trend forum and 2015 annual financial industry science and technology and excellent service innovation awards ceremony" held in Merchantel-Beijing on January 21, the CIU98 bank card chip, introduced by CEC Huada Electronic Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "HED") as a leading enterprise in the field of IC card chip design, won the award for "Outstanding Independent Innovation".
CIU98 bank card chip is a new generation of high-security, high-performance and high-capacity dual-interface smart card chip, designed by HED independently. Based on a 32-bit CPU, the product provides a user card space up to 80K bytes, and supports the national SM1 / SM2 / SM3 / SM4 commercial cipher algorithms. The product is designed and developed in accordance with the requirements in Security Chip and Pin Detection Criterion and UnionPay card Chip Security Certificate, which guarantees a safe and controllable chip data information; the user space of 80K bytes provides enough capacity space for one-card application and multi-industry application. HED products have passed the strict testing of China Unionpay and China Encryption Administration and obtained the UnionPay card Chip Security Certificate and the China Cryptogram product Certification ( Level 2) , which shows that the security of the chip is the industry leader; through many application verifications of the authoritative testing institutions and customers, the comprehensive application performance of the products has reached the level of international mainstream chips. At present, CIU98bank card chips have been successfully applied in many projects, such as payment,,social security, transport, residents’ health and public service. Through some selection processes such as open enlistment, online voting and expert discussion, HED CIU98 bank card chip eventually won the award for "Outstanding Independent Innovation", which is what it deserved!
On top of that, HED overwhelmingly won the "WeChat Network Popularity Award" of computerize financial services in the voting activity on WeChat platform.
